Basic Salary: £25k+ (Commensurate with experience)

Our 23-strong team is a talented and close-knit amalgam of all of the major agency roles: design, development, marketing, account handling and business development. Just at the minute, we’re in need of some additional account management chops.

The Account Manager role at Daykin & Storey is demanding, wonderfully varied and requires a wide range of talents. The successful applicant will be passionate about marketing and business strategy, be more organised than Mr Trello himself and fastidious in every regard. Great with people, your role is twofold - create, develop and nurture strong bonds with our clients, whilst motivating and inspiring the team internally to deliver outstanding work.

As the voice of the client, you’re an integral part of the team who has the ability to unpack a complex problem by asking the right questions, to then present it into well thought out brief for the team. Your organisation helps to keep the team in flow and makes light work of dealing with numerous projects for different clients.

Already an Account Manager or Senior Marketing Executive and seeking a more challenging role? You’ve come to the right place. We’ll help develop and broaden your skill set, offering you challenges we (and you!) are happy to take on, such as workshop delivery, strategy consultation, creative ideation, and pitching. Your motivation and enjoyment is paramount to us and we’ll work with you to make sure we’re doing our part.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a people person and a team player who enjoys collaboration Excellent technical marketing skills, with an up-to-date understanding of techniques like SEO, PPC, CRO and social media marketing 
  • Has experience in delivering marketing and tech projects, whether as an Account Manager or a Senior Marketing Executive A focus on ROI and empathy for our clients 
  • Has understanding of the key milestones in a digital project and can constructively critique on each stage 
  • Is results driven and passionate about delivering quality solutions that drive results for their clients 
  • Demands of themselves a high attention to detail
  • Is passionate about data, marketing and tech
  • Is positive and solutions focussed, thrives under pressure
  • Can articulate and present creative ideas/proposed solutions to the teams and clients
