Positioning Newcastle Building Society as the face to face high street experts, we used highly targeted PPC and display campaigns to reach each target persona and specific locations. Existing content on pensions and inheritance tax was worked into more shareable, interactive content to share across social media and downloadable and in branch collateral was updated to ensure clear, consistent messaging.
Traffic levels increased by 30% compared to the same period year on year. Traffic to financial advice pages increased by 350% with downloads of the pensions guide increasing by 100%.
